Today I called Acierno Dental for what will be my very first dentist appointment ever—and wow, was I nervous. I was honestly bracing myself for judgment or awkwardness, but instead, I got Amy on the phone, and she was an absolute gem! She was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. She patiently answered all my questions without a hint of judgment and turned what I thought would be a scary phone call into a genuinely uplifting experience. I haven’t even had my appointment yet, but thanks to Amy, I’m actually looking forward to it. Five stars just for the phone call—can’t wait to meet the rest of the team!
